Robert Mark “Bo” Grogan, Sr., 65 of Keyser, passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at UPMC Western Maryland.
Born May 13, 1956, he was the son of the late Philip and Faye (Jackson) Grogan. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Valarie (Dayton) Grogan.
Bo retired as a Senior Chief from the United States Navy after 20 years of service. He was an avid bowler and a freelance graphic artist and web designer.
Bo is survived by his three children, Robert Mark Grogan, Jr, and significant other, Shawn Mattocks of Richland, PA, and his daughter, Nayah Grogan; Carisa Barbarossa and husband, Antonio of Manheim, PA and their daughter, Alessia Barbarossa; Thomas Scott Grogan of Keyser, and his children, Christian Wiltison, Adrianna Grogan and Bo’s best buddy, Kaio Grogan. He is also survived by his siblings, Philip Grogan, Kelly Stickley and Rodney Grogan; his nieces and nephew, Camala, Dorinda, Marlena, Kelly, Chad, Marci; and his mother-in-law, Rachael Dayton.
In accordance with his wishes, Bo will be cremated. A graveside service with family will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Schwab Family Cancer Center or the Wounded Warriors Project.
