Elijah Evan James Babcock, 23, passed away on November 29, 2021.

Born on June 30, 1998, he was the son of the late Vicki (Wills) Babcock and Randall Babcock and the late Donny Riggleman.

Elijah had a smile that would brighten the room. Everyone was family,  and he loved everyone. He was a miracle and a blessing to his family and friends.  He brought so much joy and love to those who knew him. He will be sadly missed.

Elijah is survived by his loving family, his siblings, Autumn Ray, Matthew Ray and Chelsy Marsh and husband, Andrew. He is also survived by his bonus Mom and caregiver, Kasey Morgan; his bonus siblings, Emily Kesner and Jacob Hartman; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends.

Family and friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport on Sunday, December 5th from 1 to 2 p.m. A memorial service honoring Elijah’s joyful life will begin at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to M & T Bank, Westernport in the name of Elijah Babcock to assist with funeral expenses.
