Wesley Wayne Lee

Wesley Wayne Lee, 88, of Swanton went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 26, 2023.

Born August 12, 1935, he was the son of the late Charles Lee and Virginia Pearl (Wilson) Lee.

Wes worked as a heavy equipment operator at Westvaco, dedicating 43 years of service. Wes loved his Hershey kisses, McDonalds breakfast, milkshakes, and President Trump. Wes could be found looking over the banister of his home keeping an eye on his cows, tending to his garden, attending cow sales, giving his grandchildren endless four-wheeler and tractor rides, and working on his farm- as he did all his life. He made sure to give each family member a nickname, created one of a kind by him, and you could always count on a family vacation to Idlewild. He was a devoted husband, father and Pap. 

He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 44 years, Brenda G. Lee; siblings, Betty Lou Jost, Russell Lee, Shirley Bennett, Anna Heck, Albert “Budgie” Lee, Janet Brown, Judy Heck, and Pamela “Penny” Myers. Wes is also survived by his children, Chris “Kipp” Feaster, Amanda Lee (Orrie Zais III), Aimee Avona (Marcus Clay), Chuck Lee, Mary DeWitt, Bill (Karen) Lambka, John Lee and David Lee; his grandchildren, Justin (Amanda) Sweitzer, Christin “Poogles” (Adam) Rounds, Jamie Feaster, Kaylee Avona, Kayden Avona, Kellen Avona, Kaleigha Clay, and Orrie Zais IV; and great grandchildren, Christopher “Bubba”, Amberlea, Emmalynn, Madelynn, Mccoy, Caplan and Everlee; as well as several other grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to a very special niece, Barbie Davis. 

Friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport on Saturday, December 2nd from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

A funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:00 pm with Pastor Randy Leatherman officiating. 

Interment will be at the Bloomington Cemetery, Bloomington.
