Stanley William Fazenbaker, 78, of Temperance Row, Barton, went to be with the Lord, Monday, April 20, 2015 at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland.

Born October 30, 1936 in Barton, he was the son of the late Stanley Marcus and Ethel Jane (Custer) Fazenbaker.  He was also preceded in death by a brother, James Oliver Fazenbaker.

“Bill” graduated from the first class of Valley High School.  He retired from Westvaco Corp., having been an operator in the 8 & 9 calendar room.  He was a member of the National Rifle Association.  He attended the former Moscow Church of the Nazarene.  He was an avid guitarist, having played for several bands and churches throughout the area.

He leaves behind his wife, Brenda (Keller) Fazenbaker, a special daughter, Belinda Crider and husband Kenney and their children, Trent and Tyler of Ridgeley, WV, a sister, Dottie Foutz of Westernport, a nephew, James Foutz and wife Amy and children, Jimmy, Christopher Foutz, all of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Sara Foutz of Greensboro, NC.  He is also survived by two special great grandnieces, Emily Weddle, Hayley Weddle, and a special great grandnephew, Michael Weddle, all of Barton.

Friends and family will be received at the Boal Memorial Chapel, Barton, on Thursday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.  A funeral service will be conducted at the Boal Chapel on Friday at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Rick High officiating.

Interment will be in Philos Cemetery, Westernport.
