Sandra Ferguson

Sandra K. (Beeman) Ferguson, born on July 26, 1945, went to be with our Lord on September 9, 2019.

Born to the late John and Sarah Beeman of Midland, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Don L. Ferguson, one son, Don L. Ferguson, Jr., her seven sisters and her two brothers.

Sandy was involved with the Westernport Squad, the VFW in McCoole, Peewee football, Peewee baseball, Cub Scouts, a Brownie leader and the Legionettes. For many years she ran the Piedmont Pool. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Piedmont. She enjoyed hunting and fishing and her friends, family and special dog companion, Lady.

Sandy is survived by her three children, Belinda Ferguson, Myrtle Beach SC, Brenda Reel and Donald, Purgittsville, and Don Ferguson III and Vicki, Piedmont. She is also survived by her three grandsons, Kurt Ferguson, TX, Zachary Laughlin, WY and Shane Fazenbaker of Westernport, MD; one sister, Eleanor Halbritter and Hank of Midland, MD; a step granddaughter, Amanda Von, TX and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport on Thursday, September 12 ^th from 6 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Friday, September 13 ^th at 1:00 pm with the Rev. Howard Brode officiating.

Interment will at Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.

A beloved Mother, Sister and Grandmother will be missed.

Pallbearers will be Donald Miller, Zach Laughlin, Eddie Wilson, Hank Halbritter Jr., Chris Shertzer and Mike Laughlin.

Following the graveside service, Trinity United Methodist Church, Piedmont will host a luncheon.
