Rosalie Teresa (Serpone) Fracasso

Rosalie Teresa (Serpone) Fracasso, 85, of Piedmont passed away on August 5, 2024, in Keyser, WV. Born in Piedmont, WV on December 14,1938, she was the daughter of the late John Serpone and Sarah (Yocobacci) Serpone. She is survived by her son, Christopher Fracasso and wife Beth; grandsons, Eli Fracasso and Joseph Fracasso; granddaughters, Krisandra Fracasso, Jordyn Hanlin and Michaela Fracasso; and sisters, Kathy (Dave) Fazenbaker and Jennie Devine. Rosalie’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Keyser Healthcare Center and Potomac Valley Hospital for their compassion and the excellent care given to Rosalie during her brief stay. At her request, Rosalie will be cremated, and there will be a private family service at a later date.
