Richard Allen Miller, Sr.

Richard Allen “Dick” Miller, Sr, 75, of Westernport passed away peacefully at his home on September 28, 2025.

Born in Franklin, he was the son of the late William Ray Bishop and Anna Elizabeth (Trenum) Bishop. He was also preceded in death by his son, Michael Miller; grandson, Justin Miller; and siblings, Louemma Bishop, Viola Whetzel, Margaret Peebles, and Elaine Madison.

Dick is survived by his wife of 45 years, Kim Miller; his children, Schelotta Kight and wife Bill, Gary Miller and wife Stacey, Richard Miller, Jr., Chris Green and wife Gloria, Anna Mae Davis and husband Brett, Russell Miller and wife Kristen, Paige Kasmier-Vagnetta and husband Daniel, Jaccob Miller and wife Taylor, Samuel Miller and wife Keryn, and Peyton Miller. Dick is also survived by his siblings, Michael, Jimmy, Ray, Walter, Emily, Mable, Patsy, Phyllis, and Mary; 18 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

In accordance with his wishes, Dick will be cremated and no services will take place.
