Rena Mae (Greco) Barclay, 76 of Church Street, Westernport, passed away, July 11, 2017 at her home after a brave two year fight with pulmonary fibrosis.

Born January 7, 1941 in Piedmont, WV, she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo Mario Pasquale Greco and Nora Ruth (Lanam) Greco. She was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters; Marianna “Mary” Greco, Ilario “Larry” Greco, Franceso “Frank” Greco, Katherine “Kathy” Shingler, Carmela Klosterman, Margarita “Margie” Michael, Guiseppe Greco, baby Greco and John “Johnnie” Greco.

Renie had a lifetime of stories about friends, family and work. If you knew Renie, you knew they were amazing and funny stories. She was once previously employed with Dr. Robert Bess’s Office, Dr. Bosley’s Office, Green’s Restaurant, Kenny’s Market and several pharmacies. She was also a bartender at the Piedmont Legion and Jake’s Lounge. Renie was a people person, she loved interacting with and helping others. She loved her family so very much.

She leaves behind her husband of 30 years, Paul Barclay of Westernport; her two sons, William “Billy” Wiltison and his wife, Tina of Rawlings, and Tim Wiltison and his wife, Caralee of Spokane, WA. She is also survived by her granddaughter, whom she raised as her daughter, April Morgan and her husband, Thomas of Lonaconing; her step daughter, Paula Dorsey and her husband, Kevin of Keyser, WV; and her brother Domenick Greco and his wife, Sue of Keyser, WV.  Renie leaves behind her grandchildren, Danielle Brashear and her husband, Clint, Thomas “Seth” Bower, Holly Harding and her husband, Tim, Christopher King, Eden Wiltison, Katie and Adam Galbraith; and her great grandchildren, Joshua and Ethan Crowe, Matthew Wiltison, Jada and Riley Wiltison, Eden, Rosalie, Zxander and Desirè Brashear. She had a lot of love for all of her extended family and friends.

At Mrs. Barclay’s request, she was cremated.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, July 15th at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport from 5 to 7 pm. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 pm with the Rev. Thomas Morgan officiating.

There will be a memorial Mass at the Divine Mercy Parish- St. Peter’s Church, Westernport at a later date.

Mrs. Barclay’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Travis and Christina Mayhew, Leeann Abernathy, Maranda Mowbray, Tiffany Droll, Kim Beavers and the Tri-Towns EMS for their kindness and their consideration towards Renie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Tri-Towns EMS, Potomac Fire Company #22, and Tri-Towns Fire Company.
