Pauline Virginia Flynn

Pauline Virginia Flynn, 87, of Piedmont passed away on June 23, 2024 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown.

Born December 31, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Mckinley and Carrie (Millier) Lewis. She was also preceded in death by her husband William A. Flynn; her son, Willam “Billy” Flynn II; her daughter, Dora Ellen Chaney; and seven of her siblings.

Pauline was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves MLB team. At every chance she could, Pauline loved to watch professional wrestling. She enjoyed reading and was a fan of country music. 

 Pauline is survived by her children, Norma Jean Miller and husband Frank of Kings Mountain, NC, Mike Flynn of Piedmont, Nellie Ann Miller of Cumberland, MD, and John Flynn and wife Laura Ridder of Greencastle, PA. She is also survived by her siblings, Delores Burton of Fort Ashby and Robert Lewis of North Carolina. Pauline is survived by more than fifty descendants from three generations; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. 

Friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport on Wednesday, June 26th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

A funeral service will take place following the visitation at 12:00 p.m. with the Rev. David Duckworth officiating. 

Pallbearers will be Mike Flynn, Tommy Flynn, Michael Wayne Lloyde, MJ Lloyde, Loren Miller, Jr, Loren “LF” Miller, III; and honorary pallbearers will be Moe Baker and Amber Ledyard.

Interment will be at Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
