Nancy Jane Lindberg, 69, formerly of Keyser, WV and most recently of 114 Angle Drive, Inwood, WV passed away Monday February 13, 2012 at her residence with her daughter Barbara and sisters at her side.
Born January 26, 1943 in Keyser WV, she was the daughter of the late Adren Martin and Mildred (Grove) Barton. She was preceded in death by four sisters.
Nancy was a 1961 graduate of Bruce High School. She was very active in bowling leagues, a senior sneakers group, Relay for Life and she loved to shop ‘till she dropped.
She leaves behind her children; Barbara Johnson, Inwood, WV; Stephen Lindberg Jr., Buffalo Gap, TX; and Rachel Harding, Henderson, MD. She also leaves behind her siblings; Mildred Elbon, VA; Betty Oliver, Prince Frederick, MD; Thelma Langley, Martinsburg, WV; Adrian Martin, Oakland,MD; and Donna Perkins, Rawlings, MD. She is also survived by her grandchildren; William Haynes, Jessica Johnson, Kimberly Walters, Laura Harding, Jasmine Primus, Jimmie Primus Jr., Stephen Lindberg III and her great-grandchildren; Kaitlyn Haynes, Courtney Haynes, William Haynes Jr. and Wyatt Walters. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The Family will receive friends at Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 from 12 PM to 2 PM. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 2 PM with Pastor Jayson Byrd officiating.
