Mary Pauline Morris, 91, formerly of Stoney Run Road, Westernport, and most recently of Egle Nursing and Rehab Center, Lonaconing, passed away Monday, April 22, 2013 at the nursing center.
Born November 24, 1921 in Barnum, WV, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Anna Sophia Lawrence. She was also preceded in death by her husband in 1981, Richard Morris. She was the last survivor of her immediate family.
Mrs. Morris was a homemaker. She was a member of Christ Memorial Baptist Church, Westernport.
She leaves behind a daughter, Kathy Biser and husband Cliff of Keyser, WV, two sons, Rick Morris and wife Terri of Keyser, WV, and Jeff Morris and wife Lori of Westernport. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Leslie McClure and husband Chris, C.R. Biser and wife Ashley, Brad Morris and wife Sarah, Daniel Morris, Jeffrey Morris, Lauri Beth Wilt and husband Billy, and her great grandchildren, Eliana Biser, Lucas McClure, Taylor Morris, Katelyn Morris and Audrey Wilt.
Friends and family will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Wednesday from 3 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 1:00 PM, with her nephew, Rev. Gary Morris officiating.
Interment will be in Philos Cemetery, Westernport, MD.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff at Egle Nursing and Rehab Center for the care given to Pauline during her stay there.
