Mary F. Butler, 79, of Spruce St, Westernport, died Monday, September 14, 2015 at Heartland of Keyser Nursing Center, Keyser, WV.
Born December 26, 1935 in Keyser, WV, she was the daughter of the late John and Elsie (Riggleman) Cheshire. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Butler on April 18, 2001, three sisters, Mildred Flick, Evelyn Lochner and Stella Calvert, and a brother, John Cheshire Jr.
Mary is survived by a son John W. Cheshire and wife Linda of Westernport, two daughters, Mikki Kaputa and husband Jerry of Rock Hill, SC and Kelly Butler of St. Petersburg, FL, four step children, Janice LaRue and husband Terry, Charles Butler and wife Linda, Richard Butler and wife Candy, all of Piedmont, WV, and Connie Lechliter and husband JD of Keyser, WV. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Nick Shahan and Sydnie Kaputa, several step grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was Baptist by faith, a member of Victory Unit #155 and Post 6775 V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary.
At Mary’s request, her body was cremated.
There will be no visitation or services.
