Marian Lee Lease, 64, formerly of Westernport, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Lytle’s Personal Care Home, Markleysburg, PA, where she had been a resident.
Born May 2, 1951 in Keyser, WV, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Anthony and Mary Katherine (Barbarito) Lease.
Marian was a 1969 graduate of Bishop Walsh High School. She also attended Potomac State College. Marian was an accomplished musician and loved to sing, where as a member of St. Peters Catholic Church, Westernport, she introduced folk singing masses in her earlier years.
She leaves behind three brothers, Victor Lease, Joseph Lease and Leonard Lease Jr, all of Westernport, and several cousins.
Friends and family will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Sunday, July 26th from 4 to 6 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peters Catholic Church, Westernport, on Monday, July 27th at 11:00 AM, with Father Edward Hendricks as celebrant.
Interment will be in St. Peters Cemetery, Westernport.
