Marguerite Fink

Marguerite Elaine (Shillingburg) Fink, 85, of Westernport went to her heavenly home on December 14, 2021 in the same room she married her husband of 63 years, the late Donald W. Fink.

Born August 26, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Helen (Cooper) Shillingburg. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Joyce Alexander; grandson, Zachary Hopkins; in-laws, Arnold and Alice Fink; and sister-in-law, Mary Fink.

Marguerite was a loving and caring Mom, Grandmom and Great Grandmom, loving known as Rite (Reat). She was a past Girl Scout leader. She was also a founding member of the Westernport swim team and founding member of the Tri-Towns Rescue Squad, where she worked as an EMT. Marguerite enjoyed boating on the lake, ceramics and caring for her family and her four legged fur babies.

Marguerite is survived by her daughters, Donna Moore and husband, Michael, Susie Wall, with whom she resided, and Michelle Jenkins and her husband, Greg; son-in-law, Mark Alexander; her grandchildren, Maranda Mowbray and Travis Wall; and her great grandchildren, Baylee Mowbray, Remington Mowbray, Gabe Lepley, Arabella Hopkins and Jayce Springer. She is also survived her brother, Wayne Shillingburg and wife, Rita; niece, Vanessa Shillingburg-DiCianna; nephew, Dwayne Shillingburg; great niece, Mia; a granddaughter by marriage, Casey Johnson and husband, Nick; and her special friend, Robin Spiker-Schade.

Family and friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport on Tuesday, December 21st from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Sandy Cowan officiating.

Interment will be at White Church Cemetery, Loch Lynn.
