Margaret Genevieve Everline, 93, formerly of Westernport and most recently of Egle Nursing and Rehab Center, Lonaconing, passed away there Thursday, October 29, 2015.
Born August 15, 1922 in Westernport, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Wesley and Margaret Ann (O’Neill) Taylor. She was also preceded in death by her husband Robert H. “Bob” Everline and several brothers and sisters.
Margaret was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church, Westernport. She was a nurse on night shift for many years at Sacred Heart Hospital.
She leaves behind three daughters, Peggy Williams and husband Joseph of Panama City, FL, Jane Casteel and husband Roger of Seffner, FL, and Jackie Smith and husband Kevin of Hilliard, OH. She is also survived by two sisters, Rose Naughton of Egle Nursing and Rehab Center, Lonaconing, Catherine Rice of Keyser, WV, seven grandchildren, Matthew Casteel and wife Stephaine, Andrew Casteel and wife Christine, Joseph Williams III and wife Jennifer, Valerie Williams Hawks and husband Andrew, Courtney Smith, Samantha Smith, and Luke Smith, and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Austin, Addison, Emily, Hope, Bella, Ariel, Sebastian and Krystal.
Margaret donated her body to the Maryland Anatomy Board.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peters Catholic Church, Westernport, on Monday November 16th 2015 at 11:00 AM.
Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, is in charge of arrangements.
