Lorna Feller

Lorna Blanche Feller, 90, formerly of Horserock Road, Westernport, and most recently of Moran Manor Nursing Center, Westernport, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland.

Born February 4, 1923 at Hampshire, WV, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Elsie (Bever) Howard.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Byrd Feller in 2011.

Lorna was a homemaker.  In earlier years she had worked at the A & P Store in Westernport.  She was a member and former Elder of Piedmont Presbyterian Church, Piedmont, WV.  She was also a member of Martha Washington Chapter #10 Order of Eastern Star, and a Past Matron of the former Bethlehem Chapter Order of Eastern Star.

She leaves behind a daughter, Frances Becker and husband Kermit of Westernport, two granddaughters, Laura Groves and husband Shawn of Keyser, WV, Kerra English and husband Charles of Richmond, VA, and three great grandchildren, Cade and Ryleigh English and Evie Groves.

Friends and family will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Saturday from 6 to 8 PM.  Martha Washington Chapter O.E.S. will hold a memorial service on Saturday at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.  A funeral service will be conducted on Sunday at the funeral home chapel at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Thomas Forbes officiating.  Friends will be received one hour prior to funeral service.

A private interment service will be at Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser, WV.
