Lenora Mae “Tump” Davis, 74, of Swanton passed away on April 5, 2017 at Potomac Valley Hospital.
Born on January 18, 1943, she was the daughter of the late William and Madeline (Wilson) Duckworth.
Lenora was Methodist by faith and a member of the Chestnut Grove United Methodist Church. Lenora was a homemaker and raised her five children.
Lenora is survived by her husband of 55 years, Elwood Davis. She is also survived by her children; Ronald Davis and his wife, Barb, Steve Davis and his wife, Lucinda, Edward Davis and his wife, Brenda, Rebecca Davis and her husband, Andy, and Terry “Gus” Davis. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; and her siblings, William Duckworth, Gary Duckworth and Sandy Ahern.
Friends and family will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Friday, April 7th from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Chestnut Grove United Methodist Church, Swanton, on Saturday, April 8th at 11:00 am with the Rev. Gary Rankin officiating. There will be a visitation at the church one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Swanton.
