Karen Broadwater

Karen Ann Broadwater, 58, of Wood St, Westernport, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Moran Manor Nursing Center, Westernport.

Born August 25, 1955 in Keyser, WV, she was the daughter of Anna (Moore) Broadwater of Westernport, and the late Hubert Charles Broadwater.

In addition to her mother, Anna, she leaves behind a brother, Charles William “Chuckie” Broadwater and a sister, Nancy Faye Beavers, both of Westernport.  She is also survived by her best friend, her dog “Brownie”.

Friends and family will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Monday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  A funeral service will immediately follow at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Greg Hammond officiating.

Interment will be in Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale, at a later date.
