Johnathon Tichinel

Johnathon Bobby Daniel “Bubby” Tichinel, 22 of Keyser Wv, passed away tragically June 19, 2022.

Born February 23, 2000 in Oakland, MD, he was raised by his Aunt Sherri Viselli. He was the son of the late Johnathon William Tichinel. He was also preceded in death by his paternal Grandmother Gwendolyn Ann McIntosh Tichinel, paternal Great Grandfather William McIntosh and Great Grandmother Charlene McIntosh.

Johnathon attended Keyser High School. At times during his life with his Aunt, he attended the Assembly of God Church in Westernport, Md, and the Emmanuel Pentecostal Holiness Church in Keyser, Wv. He enjoyed family get togethers, his family was very important to him. Johnathon enjoyed spending time with the love of his life, his son, Laz. He loved listening to music and going fishing as well as playing basketball.

Surviving, in addition to his Aunt, are his biological mother Jennifer Rooney, Midland, Md; a son Lazarus “Laz”, Piedmont, Wv, whom he loved with all his heart; sisters, Erin Rooney, Keyser Wv, Wendy Ann Tichinel, Oakland Md, Scarlet Tichinel, Westernport Md, Alexandria Tichinel, Keyser, Wv; brother, Brian Tichinel, Mesa Arizona; paternal Grandfather Bobby Tichinel (Patsy); and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Johnathon is now free and safely home.

Family and Friends will be received at Boal Funeral Home, Westernport on Sunday, July 10th from 2 to 3 p.m. A memorial service will be held following the gathering at 3 p.m.
