Jeanette Dualan, 78 of Burlington, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2016 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born June 20, 1937 in Keyser, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Paugh Sr. and Freda (Sherwood) Paugh. She is also preceded in death by her sister Mary Harvey and her brother Elmer Paugh Jr.
Ms. Dualan was a 1956 Elk Garden High School graduate. She resided in Southern California from 1965 to 2014. She retired from Baxter International where she had worked for 15 years.
She is survived by her children, Carol Yvonne Tagayun of Woodinville, WA, Brenda and husband Scott Allen of Burlington, Alan and wife Loida Dualan of Dana Point, CA; her grandchildren, Brandon Tagayun, Joshua Rudolph, Janelle Rudolph, Ashley Tagayun, Nathaniel Tagayun, Ethan Dualan, Julian Dualan; and ten great grandchildren. Ms. Dualan is also survived by her twin sister Jeanne Edwards of Burlington, sister Janet Asbury of Pikesville, MD and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, February 19th at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport from 2 to 6 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Nethken Hill United Methodist Church, Elk Garden on Saturday, February 20th at 1:00 pm with Pastor Angel Alt officiating.
Interment will be in Nethken Hill Cemetery, Elk Garden.
