Irma Lee Blubaugh

Irma Lee (Gallagher) Blubaugh, 87, of Gilmore passed away on November 24, 2024 at her residence with her loving family at her side. 

Born February 15,1937, she was the daughter of the late Vince and Katie (Preston) Gallagher. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Blubaugh; son, Dale Blubaugh; and siblings, Anna Metz, Raymond Gallagher, Genevieve Mason, Alma Jean Buskirk, David Gallagher, and Helen Kepes.  

Irma enjoyed shopping, long car rides, animals and baking pies. 

Irma is survived by her children, Tom Blubaugh and wife Jackie, and Linda Metts and husband Mitch. She is also survived by her sister, Patsy Smith Rowe; two grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. 

Friends will be received at the Boal Memorial Chapel, Barton, on Tuesday, November 26th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

A funeral service will take place at the Boal Memorial Chapel, Barton on Wednesday, November 27th at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor David Schoch officiating. 

Interment will be at Frostburg Memorial Park.
