Harry Bradley “Boss” Kyle, 81, of Perry Hill Road, Barton, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at his residence.
Born May 29, 1935 in Barton, he was the son of the late Harry and Esther Jane (Fortney) Kyle. He was also preceded in death by a son, Terry Apple and a grandson, Jeremiah Kyle.
“Boss” was a United States Army Veteran, having served during the Korean War. He retired from Mead-Westvaco Paper Company having been a calendar operator.
He leaves behind his wife, Anna (Kerling) Kyle, three sons, Dicky Apple and wife Roxanne of Midland, Marty Kyle and wife Samantha of Westernport, Joby Kyle and wife Beth of Barton, a daughter, Linka Stevens of Barton, two brothers, Russell Ray Kyle of Grantsville, Allen Gordon Kyle of Flintstone, a sister, Vicky Calamine of St. Simons Island, GA, eight grandchildren, Terry Ray Stevens, Joshua Stevens, Terry Lee Apple, Brandon Gregory Apple, Megan Thrasher, Harrison Kyle, Matthew Kyle and Sarah Kyle, and one great grandson, Colt Thrasher.
At Harry’s request, he was cremated.
There will be no visitation.
A graveside memorial service for family and friends will be conducted at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills, on Saturday, December 3rd at 3:00 PM with Pat McCarty officiating.
