Glenn Jones, 84, of Bloomington went to be with his Lord in Heaven on December 17, 2021.

Born May 17, 1937, he was the son of the late Lester and Edna (Sager) Jones. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Sammy Jones.

Glenn owned and operated Glenn Jones Logging. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Glenn never met a stranger, he had a loving and caring soul.

He is survived by his loving wife, Delores Jones; his siblings, Eugene Jones and wife, Jean, Kermit Jones and wife, Janie, Wilma Reed and husband, Earl, and Velma Kiefer and husband, Ronnie. Glenn is also survived by his children, Margie Jones, James Jones and wife, Kristin, Randy Montgomery and wife, Sharon, Vicky Umstot and Bob Montgomery and wife, Barb; his grandchildren, Ashley Montgomery and significant other, Zeke, Erica Fazenbaker and husband, Bud, Cody Umstot and significant other, Whitney, Lindsay Kuykendall and husband, Jeffrey, Logan Montgomery and wife, Bekah and Henry Jones; eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to current health concerns, all are welcome to a graveside service at the Bloomington Cemetery on Thursday, December 23rd at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Tom Matthews officiating.

Masks and social distancing are encouraged at the graveside service.

Mr. Jones was in the care of Boal Funeral Home, Westernport.
