Esther Pauline Rankin, 77, of Hammond St, Westernport, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland.
Born July 30, 1939 in Lonaconing, she was the daughter of the late David Oscar and Ruth Mae (Clarke) Richardson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Norman Elwood Rankin, four brothers, Thomas Richardson, John Richardson, Robert Richardson, James Richardson, and two infant siblings. Pauline was the last survivor of her immediate family.
Pauline was a registered nurse before becoming a full time homemaker and mother.
She leaves behind a son, Jody Rankin of Westernport, and several nieces and nephews.
At Pauline’s request, she was cremated.
There will be no visitation or funeral services.
Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, assisted the family with arrangements.
