Estella Evans

Estella Mae Evans, 77, of 422 Vine St, Westernport, passed away Sunday December 18, 2011 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.

Born June 20, 1934 in Martinsburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late William and Marietta (Ellis) Kimes.  Three sisters, Edith Long, Virginia “Ginny” Kimes and Brenda Kifer, also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Evans was a homemaker.  She was a member of Westernport United Methodist Church.

She leaves behind her husband, Richard Evans, two sons, Larry Sisk and wife Janet of Falling Waters, WV, Jackie Sisk and wife Terri of Cumberland, a daughter, Josephine Johnson and husband Randy of Seabrook, TX, a step daughter, Sharon Ross and husband Kenneth of Keyser, WV, and a sister, Lovie Twigg of Cumberland.  She is also survived by four grandchildren, several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Tuesday, December 20th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.  A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 21st at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Carl Cowan officiating.

Interment will be in Philos Cemetery, Westernport.
