Erica Karalewitz

Erica Dawn Karalewitz, 39, of North Main St, Keyser, passed away Monday, October 26, 2015 at her residence.

Born March 10, 1976 in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of Paul Karalewitz and his wife Sandy of Piedmont and Linda (Duckworth) Karalewitz of Keyser.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Paul and Naomi Karalewitz and Charles and Virginia Duckworth.

Erica was a 1994 graduate of Keyser High School.  She was formerly a waitress at Country Café, McCoole, MD and Polish Pines, Keyser.

In addition to her parents, Paul and Sandy and Linda, she leaves behind her companion, Johnny Lewis of Keyser, her aunts and uncles, Barbara Howe and husband Kenneth of Barton, MD, Mark Karalewitz and wife Bridgett, Dale Karalewitz and wife Brenda, and Cheryl Hanlin, all of Piedmont.  She is also survived by a special cousin Michael Karalewitz of Lonaconing, MD and an adopted grandmother, Betty Bishop.

At Erica’s request, she was cremated.  A memorial service will be conducted at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, MD, on Saturday, October 31st at 1:00 PM, with Rev. William Dawson officiating.

Friends and family will be received at the funeral home 2 hours prior to service from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
