Eloise Ack

Rawlings, MD.

Eloise Mary Ack, 92, of McMullen Highway, Rawlings, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2011, at Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser, WV.

Born April 6, 1919 in Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Rodriguez and the late Carolina (Cuervo Campa) Rodriguez.  Her brothers Joseph “Jake” Rodriguez, Manuel Rodriguez and a sister Olive J. Alvarez, also preceded her in death.

Eloise was a hairdresser for 28 years with her own salon, Eloises, located in Luke, MD.  She was a member of the Queen Point V.F.W. # 6775 Ladies Auxiliary, McCoole, Victory Post #155 American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Westernport and Sacred Heart Hospital Auxiliary.  She was also a member of St. Peters Catholic Church, Westernport.

She is survived by her loving husband William Heyl Ack, a son, Todd William Ack and wife Kim of Berkley Springs, WV and three granddaughters, Heather, Cassie and Becky Ack. In addition she leaves behind two sisters, Audrey Nolan of Luke, MD and Banna Ghioto of West Palm Beach, FL.

At the request of Mrs. Ack, there will be no visitation.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peters Catholic Church, Westernport, on Tuesday at 11:00AM, with Father Ivan Lebar as celebrant.

Interment will be in St. Peters Cemetery, Westernport.
