Earl Eugene Riggleman, Jr., 81 of Keyser passed away on September 25, 2024.
Born April 29, 1943, he is survived by his loving wife, Eleanor Riggleman; two siblings, numerous children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other family and friends.
Earl was a 1961 graduate of Bruce High School, he was a standout basketball player during his high school career. He retired from Mead-Westvaco, where he worked as a millwright. Earl was a loving husband, father and friend.
A family gathering honoring Earl will take place at a later date.
