Doris "Jackie" Machin

Doris “Jackie” Machin, 91, of Rawlings passed away at home with her family present on February 4, 2022. She is now resting in the arms of our Savior, the Lord Jesus.

Most people knew her as Jackie, she was the daughter of Walter and Nellie Norris and the widow of William K. Machin. She and her husband were both preceded in death by an infant son and granddaughter, Wendy Carol Machin. Jackie was also preceded in death by her siblings, Edward Norris, June Buckley, Kay Lawrence, and Vivian Long.

She is survived by a much loved and close family, son, Gary Machin and wife, Carol; grandchildren, Gary Machin II (Monica), John Machin (Jeana); great grandchildren, Greg Morris, Heaven Morris, Travis Hammons, Megan Machin; and three great-great grandchildren. Jackie has one surviving sister, Jean Keller of Franklin, MD; and many loved nieces and nephews.

Rest in peace Jackie, we love you and are very blessed to have had you with us for this time.

Friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport on Wednesday, February 9th from 5 to 7 p.m.

Interment will be at Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale.
