Donna Perkins

Donna Jean “Chick” (Martin) Perkins, 71 of Rawlings passed away on September 28, 2018 at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.

Born December 16, 1946, she is the daughter of the late Adrian Martin and the late Mildred (Grove) Martin Barton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Perkins in 1996, her sisters, Nancy Lindberg, Mildred Elbon, Thelma Lorraine Langley and four infant sisters.

Donna was a 1965 graduate of Bruce High School.  She was a member of the Gospel Life Church, Keyser, WV.  Donna worked at Gabriel Brothers for over 16 years.

Donna is survived by her sons, William L. Perkins II and wife Karen of Hedgesville, WV, Joseph Adrian Perkins and fiancé Regina Williams of Rawlings; her siblings, Adrian “Buck” Martin and wife Carol of Deer Park and Betty Oliver of Prince Frederick. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Megan Rankin and husband Rusty, Sadie Ann Anderson, Emilie Jones and husband Matthew, step grandchild, Trey Piper and wife Chelsey Anne, great grandchildren, Melody Grace Anderson, Tilly Faith Anderson, Maverick Alonzo Jones, step great grandchild, Charlotte Piper; her long-time companion Buck Bittinger, her special friend, Sharon Ross, and her brother-in-law, Eugene Langley.

Family and friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport on Monday, October 1, 2018 from 11 AM to 1 PM. A funeral service will take place following the visitation at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Mike Wyatt officiating.

Interment will be in Waxler Cemetery, Rawlings.
