Deborah Kay Broadwater, 55, of Spruce St, Westernport, passed away Monday, August 1, 2016 at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland.
Born April 7, 1961 in Keyser, WV, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy (Hartman) Judy.
Deborah was a 1979 graduate of Keyser High School. She was a member of Bruce Outreach Center, Westernport, where she was a dedicated helper with the food pantry. She also enjoyed party plans.
She leaves behind her husband, Richard “Rick” Broadwater, one son, Adam Broadwater and companion, Whitney O’Haver of LaVale, three daughters, Kailee Broadwater, Andrea Broadwater, both of Salisbury, and Kyah Broadwater at home. She is also survived by a brother, Rick Judy and wife Elaine of Burlington, WV and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Friends and family will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Thursday, August 4th from 7 to 9 PM. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home chapel on Friday, August 5th at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Steffan Carr officiating.
Interment will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser, WV
