Cynthia A. Staggs, 58, of Cut Off Road, Keyser, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown.
Born October 6, 1958 in Keyser, she was the daughter of Paul Westfall of Westernport, MD and the late Irene (Michaels) Westfall. She was also preceded in death by her father-in-law, Donald Staggs, and both sets of her grandparents.
Cindy was a 1976 graduate of Bruce High School. She was employed as a relationship banker at BB&T Bank, Fort Ashby. She loved her Yorkies, watching her grandkids playing sports and photography.
In addition to her father, Paul Westfall and his companion Jean Keller, she leaves behind her husband of 41 years, David Staggs, three sons, Jeremy Staggs and wife Crystal of Westernport, MD, Jason Staggs and wife Jennifer of Westernport, MD, Brian Staggs and wife Trisha of Keyser, a sister, Mary Wass and husband John of Addison, PA, her grandchildren, Alex, Kailyn, Tyler, Zachary, Trey, Chris, and Dylan. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Eurthia Staggs of Keyser, several brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-laws, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, MD, on Saturday, February 4th from 1 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM.
A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Sunday, February 5th at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Mike Wyatt officiating.
Interment will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
