Christine Mae Bishop, 79, of Bunker Hill, WV, passed away Friday, May 27, 2016 at her home.
Born October 26, 1936 in Augusta, WV, she was the daughter of the late George and Carrie (Bowman) Shugars. She was also preceded in death by five sisters, and three brothers, a grandson, Eddie Bishop and a son-in-law, Raymond Lewis.
She leaves behind her husband, Eugene Bishop of Martinsburg, her daughters, Carol Lewis of Bunker Hill, Gail Harris and husband Ted of Keyser, Debra Long and husband Carl of Martinsburg, her sons, Howard Bishop of Keyser, and Phillip Bishop and wife Sue of Keyser. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and thirty four great grandchildren.
Friends and family will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, MD, on Wednesday, June 1st from 11 AM to 1 PM. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation on Wednesday at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Walter Lancaster officiating.
Interment will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser, WV.
