Cheri Lynn Dodrill, 56, of Bloomington, passed away Monday, December 7, 2015 at her residence.
Born May 24, 1959 in Keyser, WV, she was the daughter of the late Allen Guard Ross and the late Hilda Lee (Hitt) Ross. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Ann Orndorff.
Cheri attended Piedmont High School. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
She leaves behind her husband, Charles Dodrill, a son, Allen Lee Ross and wife Candy of Frostburg, a daughter, Jeanna Nichol Henderson and husband Jason of Swanton, a sister, Leah Alcala and husband Jorge of Annapolis, six grandchildren, Austin, Jonathan, Kali, Jacey, Aiden, and Jacob. She is also survived by a lifetime friend, Sally Moore of Waynesburg, PA, and a niece, Tammy Shrader of Strasburg, VA
At Cheri’s request, her body was cremated.
Friends and family will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Thursday, December 10th from 4 PM to 6 PM. A memorial service will follow the visitation on Thursday, December 10th at 6:00 PM, with Pastor Gary Rankin officiating.
