Westernport, Maryland

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Autumn Nichole Sisk, a cherished wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Autumn left this world at home on the morning of May 31, 2026, surrounded by the love and warmth of her family. She was 45 years old.

Autumn was born on September 14, 1980, in Cumberland, Maryland, to Donna and Timothy Grogg. From a young age, it was evident that she possessed a radiant spirit and a heart brimming with compassion. She graduated from Westmar High School in 1998, where she forged lifelong friendships.

In 2004, Autumn married the love of her life, Brandon Sisk, in a beautiful ceremony in Cumberland. Together, they celebrated 21 years of marriage, nurturing a loving home and raising their son, Kenneth, in an environment filled with laughter and love. Their home was a sanctuary, not just for their family, but for anyone in need of comfort and kindness.

Autumn was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Donna Grogg. She is survived by her devoted husband, Brandon, her cherished son, Kenneth, and her loving father, Timothy Grogg. Her brother, Allen Bosley, and his wife, Stacey, will forever hold her dear in their hearts, along with her nephews, Brandon and Joshua Bosley, and Joshua's wife, Haley. Autumn's niece, Miranda Long, cousin Harry Burns and his fiancé Amanda Jackson, and her aunt, Theresa Dixon, also remain to celebrate her legacy.

Her friendships were an extension of her family, and she shared countless memories with her special friends Karen Long, Kimmie, Dave, Bryan and Justin Claycomb, Nike, Kearra, and Jakobi Vanmeter, Dottie and Larry Shrout, and Tami Rumphrey. Their bonds were forged in love and will remain unbroken, even in her absence.

Autumn dedicated a decade of her career as an assistant manager at Cumberland Roses, where her vibrant personality and dedication left a lasting impression. Later, she joined Keyser Walmart, where she continued to touch the lives of her colleagues and customers with her unwavering kindness. Her professional journey was marked by her commitment to serving others, always with a smile and a helping hand.

An ardent animal lover, Autumn was an active donor to Friends of Felines and Ferals, demonstrating her compassion and love for all creatures. Her home was shared with her beloved cats Max, Little Bit, and Chester, who brought her joy and comfort.

Known for her generosity and warmth, Autumn had a gift for making everyone feel welcomed and valued. She was a pillar of support for those in need, always ready to extend a hand to neighbors, friends, and animals alike. Her kindness and her unwavering dedication to the well-being of others will be her enduring legacy.

As we gather to remember Autumn, we hold tight to her memory and the special message her family wishes to share: "Those we love never truly leave us." Autumn's spirit will forever be with us, guiding us with the love and compassion that defined her life.

A celebration of Autumn's life will be held at a later date, where friends and family will gather to share stories, laughter, and love in her honor.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends of Felines and Ferals, a cause close to her heart.

Autumn Nichole Sisk will be dearly missed, but her light will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in eternal peace.
